<P>Museum collections are full of photographs that have lost their original, personal meanings. But in a new context, such as an exhibition, new meanings emerge. </P>
<P>Te Papa’s photography curator, Athol McCredie, shares stories about seven photographs from his book and exhibition <EM>New Zealand Photography Collected</EM>.</P>
<P>The exhibition was part of <EM>Ngā Toi</EM> ¦ <EM>Arts Te Papa</EM>, Season Five, on display from October 2015 to August 2016.</P>
